洪中华,男,博士,2014年1月毕业于同济大学,曾获得上海市科技进步一等奖(2015年)1项、同济大学博士学位优秀论文,发明专利1项,主持包含国家自然科学基金、上海市教委科研创新项目等课题5项,在遥感领域《ISPRS J PHOTOGRAMM》、《REMOTE SENS》、《IEEE J-STARS》、《J APPL REMOTE SENS》等SCI国际期刊发表论文15篇,同时还是上述期刊审稿人。
