§Trying to decide between being a specialist or a generalist? The HR program gives you the opportunity to explore with rotation – as an HR business partner and/or in a specialistrole (recruiting, compensation, development, employee relations).
Requirements：
§2019 Bachelor or Master degree in human resources, or business related major;
§Passionate and strong ownership;

财务和运营ACCESS培训生项目实习生/ACCESS Program Intern
(实习地点：上海/成都制造基地)
Our Finance, Accounting & Sales Operation program is known as ACCESS – it’s ‘the way in’ to TI’s Finance & Sales Operation organization. This rotation program offers the opportunity to rotation through three different assignments during a 3 year period.
§Specialize in on areas (sales operation,finance, accounting) by completing all three rotations in that specialty in different organizations;
§Generalize and explore one rotation in each of these specialties.
Requirements：
§2019 BS/BA degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field;
§Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills;
§Ability to take the initiative and drive for results;
§Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions;
§Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
§Good at English communication.
业务分析专员实习生/Business Analyst Intern
(实习地点：上海)
Role &Responsibility
§Work with business functions to define and document business needs;
§Translate the business requirement into IT system design;
§1st level support of user enquires on sales and marketing applications;
§1st level support of business intelligence tools;
§Issue tracking and resolution together with other IT teams;
§Track and Analysis of system performance;
§Support of e-Commerce operation;
§Assist on user training.
Requirements：

§Experience of EDI and BI is a plus;

系统管理专员实习生/System Admin Intern
(实习地点：上海)
Role &Responsibility
§Installation, Management, and administration of various flavors of LINUX system including Red Hat & SUSE LINUX;
§Installation and administration of hardware from various vendors like HP, Dell;
§Provide comprehensive Level-1 enterprise customer support (on-site, phone and e-mail) in a high-pressure, deadline-driven, LINUX, NIS, NFS and Auto mount system environment;
§Identify & develop scripts needed using various scripting languages (PERL, SHELL etc) for automating manual tasks;
§Expected to work in a global team environment and ensure processes & procedures are implemented and followed locally;
§Work on Escalated Incidents registered on the HelpDesk tool related to Unix calls;
§Supporting the user community by managing a multi operating system environment including RedHat Enterprise Linux, SUSE LINUX;
§Follow methodologies of RCA and document processes for all incidents and problems.
Requirements：
§2019 Bachelor Degree in computer Science/computetechnology;
§Experience of various flavors of LINUX system including Red Hat & SUSE LINUX;
§Self-motivated with independent thinking;
§An excellent team player focusing on cooperation and communication;
§Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English;
§Experience in Script programming like Perl/Shell is preferred;
§Knowledge of IT security tools is a plus;
